John finished the work a day quicker than he thought it would take, came in within the quoted price, and was great at communicating. I live out of state and this was work done on our rental house there. John sent pictures and kept me informed every step of the way. I trusted him and he did not let me down. I just wanted a simple vanity replacement and other companies did not want to be bothered with a small project. John's team was on time and worked within budget. The team was nice and respectful. Allen Wrench Handyman and Renovations is a great, local, business that does high quality work at very reasonable prices. I really enjoy the attention to detail that the team paid when they came out to our home and gave us the estimate for our projects. Very friendly and personable team. We had the pleasure of having Armando and Carey complete a project that added an additional space (Man Cave) to our home. Great at communication and kept us informed of the progress and times they would be at our home during the projects. I have no doubt that the addition of this room using Allen Wrench has added value to our home. Have about four more projects we are going to work with this great business/team. Hands down the best experience that we have had using contractors thusfar.

We cannot say enough great things about Allen Wrench Handyman & Renovations. They gave us a very fair estimate to correct and complete a siding removal and replacement on our workshop that was badly botched by a different company. Their team did a beautiful job. They also painted the siding, installed and painted trim. They reframed and installed a new door as well. There was a hole in the roof and one upstairs in a corner, (dang squirrels!) that they repaired. We were very happy with their excellent work. They were prompt, professional and cleaned the jobsite. We would not hesitate to recommend Allen Wrench or use them again. Great company!
